What Does It Taste Like?
Proper coffee first, then a smooth, rounded finish, never syrupy. We built it to taste like the Espresso Martini you would order after dinner, bold enough for real coffee drinkers and balanced enough to please the whole table. It is a coffee cocktail, not a coffee-flavoured alcopop, and that difference is exactly why people come back for it.
How to Serve It
Cold is everything. Give the cans at least a couple of hours in the fridge, longer if you can manage it. Pour into a chilled martini or coupe glass and give it a moment to settle before you hand it over. No proper glassware? A small tumbler over ice works nicely, and yes, you can drink it straight from the can when the occasion calls for it. Cold is the only rule.
The bottle likes the same treatment. Store it chilled, pour your measures straight up or over ice, and put the cap back on for next time.

Both the cans and the bottle are 12% ABV. That works out at 2.4 UK units per 200ml can and 8.4 units across the full 700ml bottle, so you always know exactly what you are pouring. Can you drink it straight from the can?
